I usually marinade chicken breast in soda but this time I tried to marinade it in fresh orange juice and it turned out very good. My husband and my daughter loved it.
Ingredients:
350g. chicken breast fillet (cut into 2×3 inches)
1 cup juice of fresh orange
1tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg (beaten)
3 tbsp. flour mixed with 1 sachet (7g) powder seasoning
Japanese bread crumbs
cooking oil
