First, there were shouts. Then, curses and name calling. I thought hubby was fighting with someone so I immediately ran back to the house and to my surprise, it’s just hubby watching basketball on TV. It turned out that his favorite basketball team, the BMEG Llamados, has entered the semifinal stage of the Philippine Basketball Associaton and as of this writing, has won game 1 of the best of five series against Barangay Ginebra Kings, 82-67. And since their family are big basketball fans of BMEG (Purefoods), his father in Cubao and his sister in Germany kept on texting and sharing highlights of the game (as if they are watching different games lol).
Basketball is hubby’s only vice that’s why I fully support him. If they have time, he and my FIL watch the games live in Araneta Coliseum as a sort of bonding. Tonight when he sleeps, I can imagine the smile on his face and savoring victory number 1 of the semifinals.
hahaha! Go BMEG! If I were only there, for sure we’ll troop again to the venue and watch the game! But for now, I just have to be contented with the live streaming. 🙂
Yah, it’s a guy thing. My hubby claps his hands, yells, makes all kinds of noise over a game. He and my daughter love sports. I am into the Kardashians.
