Shrimp – Cooked My Way

Shrimp is RJ’s favorite. I always cook it in sour broth (sinigang) for she likes it that way. The other day I bought big shrimps but I am tired of “sinigang” so I cooked it my way.

Ingredients:

250 gms. shrimp
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
2 tbsp. Knorr classic seasoning
dash of pepper to taste
Procedure:
Heat the pan and melt the butter. Add the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients. Let it simmer for few minutes.
Yes, this is my own recipe and this is really good.
