Outdoor places, big and nice kitchen, fireplace, lanai…these are few of the hottest trends that most people are looking for in their dream house today. And more often than not, poeple are more concern with the look of the exterior and forget about the interior, its functionality and what their family really needs. When selecting a house for your family, there are numerous things to consider.

  • Financial. Determine how much you can afford. Sunset Beach Real Estate can help you find what you are looking for, whether a little place at the beach or a house that is large enough for the whole family.
  • Accessibility. Is the place near to everything you need to survive…your work, school, hospitals, pharmacies, grocery stores, wet market, etc?
  • Friendly neighborhood. Your family would live in peace in a neighborhood with very low or zero crime rate.
  • Number of bedrooms. Basically, the size of the family would determine how many bedrooms the house should have. If you have four kids, five bedrooms would be ideal…the masters bedroom and one for each kid. But despite of your family’s need if you can’t afford it then you have to settle with fewer bedrooms…the masters bedroom, one room for the boys and one room for the girls.

Everyone wants to live in their dream house but be realistic about what you can afford to have. Most importantly, consider what your family needs.

MS Paint Arts

If you are using Microsoft Windows most probably you know what MS Paint is because it comes standard with most versions of Microsoft Windows. This painting program can be used to teach your children the basic of panting software while they are practicing how to drag the mouse. I want to share with you some of RJ’s drawings using MS Paint.

In this one she copy-pasted clip art (the flowers along the pathway) and she was so happy when she discovered that.

Cuteness! I am glad she got one thing from me and that is her love for arts and crafts.
