Sweet and Sour Maya-Maya

Today I cooked Sweet and Sour Maya-Maya.

1 medium sized Maya-Maya
1 small carrot
1 small red bell pepper
1 small can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp sugar
1 table spoon cornstarch
banana ketchup
ground pepper
salt

Fry Maya-Maya then set aside. Mix all the ingredients except for the fish and cornstarch. Bring to boil. Dissolve cornstarch in little water then add to the mixture. Stir until thick. Pour the mixture on top of Maya-Maya.
