Ingredients:
10pcs. young corn (cut crosswise)
1 carrot (sliced thinly)
10gms. snowpeas
1 red bell pepper (cut in strips)
20gms. Chinese cabbage (cut crosswise 1 inch wide)
a stalk of celery (cut thinly)
2 cubes of tofu (fried and diced)
12pcs. quail eggs (hard boiled and shelled)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 onion (sliced thinly)
2tbsp. corn or vegetable oil
3 tbsp. oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Heat oil and saute onion and garlic until golden brown. Stir in young corn and carrots and cook for a minute. Add celery and snow peas. Add the oyster sauce and simmer for another minute. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until vegetables are done. (do not over cook) You can add cauliflower, broccoli and chayote if you want.
