Ingredients:
1/2 kg. squid
corn bits
turnip (cut into strips)
carrot (cut into strips)
beans (cut in 2 inches long)
1 onion (minced)
small piece ginger (chopped)
powder seasoning
ground pepper
Procedure:
Clean the squids. Rub it with powder seasoning then set aside. Mix together the vegetables, onions, ginger, powder seasoning and pepper. Stuff the squid with the mixed ingredients then grill. For the dip, you can have soy sauce with lime juice. Another easy recipe and delicious “pulutan”.
