Orange Chicken Fillet

I usually marinade chicken breast in soda but this time I tried to marinade it in fresh orange juice and it turned out very good. My husband and my daughter loved it.

Ingredients:
350g. chicken breast fillet (cut into 2×3 inches)
1 cup juice of fresh orange
1tsp. sugar
¼ tsp. pepper
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 egg (beaten)
3 tbsp. flour mixed with 1 sachet (7g) powder seasoning
Japanese bread crumbs
cooking oil

Procedure:

Mix together orange juice, sugar, pepper, and garlic. Marinade the chicken breast in the mixture for at least 2 hours. Drain then roll over flour mixture. Dip in beaten egg then roll over Japanese bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. You can serve it with your favorite salad or dressing.
