Ham and Cheese Macaroni

It is Food Trip Friday again. I want to share this time the recipe of my steamed Macaroni with Ham and Cheese.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg. macaroni (boiled and drained)
4 pcs. sweet ham (cut in small squares)
quickmelt cheese (grated)
1 big onion (minced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cheese spread
1 cup all purpose cream
1 tbsp. butter or margarine (melted)
msg (optional)
In a non-stick pan, saute onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the ham and cook for 30 seconds. Add the all purpose cream and the cheese spread. Then add the macaroni. Let is simmer for a minute or 2. Transfer the mixture in a greased or non-stick pan. Top it with grated quickmelt cheese. Simmer for 15 minutes. You can now serve your Steamed Macaroni with Ham and Cheese.
