Crispy Crablets

 


Ingredients:
1 kg. crablets (shells removed)
1/2 cup flour
powder seasoning
ground black pepper
cooking oil

Dip:
1/2 cup vinegar
onion (chopped)
dash of salt
2 tbsp. sugar
small red chili (if you want it hot)

Mix all together the first 4 ingredients. Deep fry then drain. For the dip, just mix all the ingredients. This is very easy but delicious. Perfect for “pulutan” too.

  1. Great food for breakfast and for snacks. But havent tried crablets yet. We use baby fish and the last time i had it was Thursday. 🙂
