Cheesy Green Mussels (Tahong)

 

Ingredients:
1/2 kg. asian green mussels
6 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 cup grated cheese

Procedure:
Steam the green mussels until the shells open. Remove the shell without meat then set aside. In a pan, saute garlic on melted butter or margarine until golden brown. Add the green mussels then add the grated cheese. Another delicious seafood recipe.

  1. mussels are rare here in germany so that i only got to eat it once here. and they were from belgium pa and ang papayat! nothing beats the tahong from pinas: fresh and fat.

  2. sarap talag ang seafoods sa atin, laging fresh kaya lasang-lasa pa ang sarap, unlike here, nagchachaga na lang kami sa frozen just to satisfied our cravings. 🙂

  3. Ang swerte naman ng Pamilya mo.. sarap mo siguro magluto.. sarap tumambay dito.. kung natitikman ko lang mga recipe sa pagdalaw sa blog na to siguro maghapon ako andito.. ahihihi
