Vegetables in Coconut Milk (Ginataang Gulay)

My husband loves this dish. He likes it with thick coconut milk.

Ingredients:
squash
string beans
bitter gourd
pork (cut in small pieces)
thick coconut milk
cooking oil
garlic (minced)
onion (sliced)
salt
msg (optional)
Saute onion, garlic and pork. Add the string beans, bitter gourd and the squash. Add the coconut milk and salt to taste. Let it boil until done but do not over cook the vegetables.

Spread the love
