It’s raining non stop for almost three days and in seasons like this, there’s no more appealing than a hot soup. I cooked a wanton noodle soup and my family loved it. Here’s the recipe.
Ingredients:
1/4 kg. ground pork
1/8 kg. shrimp (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
ground black pepper
1/2 tbsp. saltmolo or siomai wrapper
egg noodles
chinese pechay
pork boullion
msg (optional)
Procedure:
Mix the first six ingredients together. Wrap about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a molo or siomai wrapper to make wanton. Set aside. Boil 8 cups of water. Drop wantons in the boiling water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add the boullion and egg noodles. Boil for another 2 minutes. Then add the chinese pechay. Serve hot.
